Rdio Asia

from September 2015 to February 2016
design and art direction, marketing and content, photography and videography

Arguably one of the most formative few months of my life, having the chance to work at Rdio [now Pandora] was a dream come true and probably a dream in itself. Rdio was a company that stood at the intersection of music and design that firmly, truly believed in the music. It was a beautiful, considered product that treated music and the listener with respect, rather than embrace the now disposable culture of music streaming. I’ll always miss it and more importantly, the people I worked with every day.

Over the period of six months, I planned, devised and executed strategies to push the Rdio brand in Asia and drive social engagement, producing content for our social media presence of over 100 thousand followers internationally.

I worked alongside record labels, artists, brands and creatives to create content, be it through events, photography, videography or design; reported on product-related issues, launched and maintained servers and websites, and curated music content.
